Started with a light blue linen gingham tablecloth (from Amazon), light cream placemats (Home Goods) Six for $14.99, these gorgeous dinner plates are from my dear mother-in-law, bluebonnet salad plates was a true hunt through many antiquaries, Cups are a fun touch from (Belk), lighting the table with these dainty tea lights from (Target) Linens and Napkin rings are from (Home Goods) Vases are vintage pottery barn a (Ebay) purchase. Note: Remove the American flag items and voila you have a table used for any occasion.
